IASL Best Annual Report Awards 2009
The John Keells Group won a total of 15 Awards at the ICASL Best Annual Report Awards 2009, one of which was the Gold Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting.
ACCA Sri Lankan Sustainability Reporting Awards 2009
John Keells Holdings PLC was placed joint runner-up in the 'Large-scale category' at the ACCA Sustainability Awards 2009. JKH shared the honour with Ceylon Tobacco Company - the other runner up in the large category. John Keells Group Company, Union Assurance PLC, was runner-up in the 'Medium-scale category'.
