We offer short-term assignments to undergraduates who would like to experience the corporate world or complete their internship programme in a corporate environment. This gives an opportunity for us to carry out a preliminary selection for future openings in the Group, as well as for the students to be exposed to the culture and the working environment of the John Keells Group. This would also enable interns to further their knowledge in a selected / given area within the Group and also strengthen the understanding of other aspects of business, while contributing positively towards the organization.
Please download the ‘Graduate Summary Form’ from our website and forward the completed form to hr@keells.com requesting for an internship. If you are selected, you will be assigned to a particular company or a central function and will be requested to undertake a short-term project, on availability.
You will also be assessed on your capabilities, knowledge, ability to adapt, punctuality, right attitude and the capacity to learn. If you are found suitable for future openings, your details will be stored in our database and will be contacted for suitable positions when required.
