Distribution Center Supervisor

The Job

•	The overall operation of the Distribution Center
•	Planning deliveries and dispatch of stock & supply alternatives
•	Strategic inventory management using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
•	Analyzing the cost effectiveness of the delivery system & planning the strategic use of materials and Human Resources.
•	Ensuring pick rate efficiency is maximized, whilst servicing the requirements of the DC to minimize operational disruption.
•	Planning work schedules for warehouse operatives and supervisors, dealing with Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations issues and holding responsibility for Health and Safety.

The ideal candidate should possess:

•	Considerable experience managing a Distribution Center/Warehouse preferably with a recognised Degree or equivalent qualification
•	A Good command of the English language
•	Time Management skills
•	Excellent IT and numerical skills
•	Leadership/motivation skills and be a good at team player

Remuneration for the above positions will be in accordance with the JKH Compensation and Benefits Policy.
