The John Keells Group has announced the launch of its third Residential Apartment Complex. Situated on Union Place, Colombo 2, the project named “OnThree20” follows the success of “The Monarch” and “The Emperor” developments by the Group.
This project, located in the heart of the city of Colombo, affords convenient access to the Central Business District, all leading schools, hotels, shopping areas etc. The complex has been designed with all the luxury features and facilities to meet the life style needs of today’s discerning customer.
“OnThree20” consists of 475 apartment units and is estimated to cost over USD 65 Million. The apartments will be priced ranging from Rs. 14 Million for a 2-bedroom apartment at the lower levels to Rs. 37 Million for a 3-bedroom apartment at the highest level.
Even prior to the official launch of sale, the response from the market has been tremendous with expressions of interest received for over 50% of the units.
This project is a BOI approved development.
The construction will commence in April 2011 and is scheduled for completion by the end 2014.
