In the mid 1990’s, JKCS was one of Sri Lanka’s early entrants into the global Software Outsourcing business. Its current customer base of Blue Chip clientele stretches from Scandinavia, UK, across the Middle East and South Asia up to Japan . JKCS pioneered the running of Offshore Development Centre’s for International Airlines from Sri Lanka and remains the country’s only Aviation-specialised Software Company.

Over the last decade, JKCS has become an acknowledged regional leader in Passenger Services Solutions for the Aviation Industry, serving the region’s leading Low Cost Carriers (LCC’s) and award winning 5-star Airlines.

In 2005, JKCS partnered with Air Arabia to form the JV, Information Systems Associates (ISA), based in Sharjah, UAE, whose flagship AccelAero system now runs at over 20 Airlines, Airports and Travel Agencies in the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

JKCSs’ Aviation suite, “Evinta” provided the technological inspiration for its new fully web-based solution for the Hospitality Industry, “Zhara HS”, now in use by leading chains and individual properties in South Asia on a fully hosted “Software as a Service (SaaS)” model.
