John Keells Holdings PLC retained its position as the Most Respected corporate by securing the highest number of votes in the 2025 survey compiled by LMD and developed by PepperCube Consultants. The rankings were based on responses from 600 senior professionals across listed companies, the LMD 100, and Brands Annual 2024, all of whom held managerial positions or above. Conducted through a structured questionnaire and electronic interviews, the survey evaluated corporates across 16 key attributes.
In terms of the attribute rankings, JKH has taken the lead in 13 categories categories, namely aspirational workplace, corporate culture, crisis management, dynamism, employee wellbeing, ethical outlook, business expansion, honesty and integrity, business innovation, leadership, national perspective, strategic vision and sustainability. These values are deeply embedded in the Group’s operations, driving progress towards being a leader in all endeavours while making a meaningful contribution to Sri Lanka’s national development.
